RALPHS COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION PROGRAM

Did you know you can use your Ralphs Club Card and Ralphs will start donating to CAFAM?

Everytime you use your Ralphs Club Card at a Ralphs grocery store, Ralphs will donate a percentage of your total purchase to CAFAM! All you have to do is register your Ralphs club card and within 72 hours, CAFAM will begin receiving donations from Ralphs!

It's easy! Follow these simple online steps (or click here for offline instructions):

• Please visit www.ralphs.com
• Under Company Information, click on Community (located at the bottom of the page)
• Under Community Contribution, click Learn More
• Under Participant, click Enroll

Sign in with your existing My Ralphs account or click Sign up now! to set up a new account.

You will then be prompted for more information:

• Our NPO (Non-Profit Organization) number is 81818.
• Submit your club card number.
• Fill out all that applies and click Submit.

And you're done!
