Whether you’re a budding artist, young inventor, or mechanic-in-the-making the Culture,
Craft, & Cars Summer Camp is for you!
Curious kids can exercise their minds and bodies with fun projects that develop
their skills in art, design, mechanics, and creativity! We’ll explore the Miracle Mile
neighborhood and campers will have a unique opportunity to examine the world through
hands-on projects. Choose both weeks of learning and exploration or just one. A
morning snack will be provided, and campers should bring a sack lunch each day of
camp.
*Drop off and pick up will be at the Petersen each day.
*Class size is kept small to ensure personal attention and development

CAMP ZIMMER
Where BIG IDEAS Are Learned Through PLAY
The Zimmer Children's Museum is dedicated to teaching people about the BIG
IDEAS of global citizenship, community responsibility, and cultural
sensitivity. Their summer camp themes, Peace by Piece (July 11-15 or August
8-12) and Share Our World (July 25-29 or August 22-26), will explore these
ideas through a combination of art projects, drama, free play, and a
culminating activity.
Pre-K and K * (4-5 years) 9am-12pm
Grades 1 and 2 * 12pm-3pm
*Grade as of Fall 2011

Camp is $125 and $110 for Zimmer Museum Members.
